So for dinner tonight, I used my large rice cooker and added:
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups long grain rice
1 yellow squash; quartered
1 c. broccoli
1 c. asparagus; cut in half
1 chicken breast; cooked and cubed
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
Seasonings: garlic salt and red pepper
Give it a quick stir, push the cook button and that's it!
