Spinach Artichoke Dip
Here is that recipe from the party last week.
2 c. grated parmesan cheese
14 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 c. cream cheese
2 t. minced garlic
1 box frozen spinach (thawed)
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayo.
Mix all and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
